Account
If you place a first order, you can create a customer account with 365 Amsterdam. If you have an account, you can log in at the top right of the site or, if you are already logged in, go to your account page. Here you can now change your data and preferences, view orders and invoices, download purchased files such as e-books and audiobooks and start online training courses.
Order in 5 steps
- Find the product and click on the 'Order' button.
Click on 'Continue shopping' if you want to order more products. - When you have finished ordering, click on 'Complete order'
- Enter your details or log in if you already have an account.
- Select the payment method and change your billing or delivery address if necessary.
- Click on 'Place order' if the order is correct.
You will receive confirmation of your order on screen and by email. Your products and the invoice will then be sent to you.
We only deliver to addresses in the Netherlands to customers located in the Netherlands.
The prices of the products shown include VAT, unless it is specifically stated that the prices are excl. VAT.
Postage costs
We only deliver to addresses in the Netherlands to customers located in the Netherlands.
Orders over €20 are shipped free of charge. The shipping costs per order up to €20 are €2.95
If you order a physical product, it will be shipped via PostNL.
Dispatch
Orders placed and available for delivery on workdays before 11:00 PM will be shipped the same day.
We only deliver to addresses in the Netherlands to customers located in the Netherlands. We therefore do not deliver in Belgium. No exceptions are made to this.
Your package will be shipped via PostNL. The delivery time is normally 1 day, PostNL also delivers on Saturdays. The package also contains the invoice with VAT indication. The prices of the books include VAT.
We send small packages as letterbox post. If an order does not fit through the letterbox, we will send it as a package.
Not at home:
If you are not at home when the postman delivers your package, you can pick up the package at the nearest PostNL location. The postman will then put a note in your mailbox with the address of this PostNL location.
Delivery time
Most orders placed before 11:00 PM on workdays will be shipped the same day. If a book is unexpectedly out of stock or sold out, you will receive an email within 5 days of placing your order. If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will send an email within 5 days with the expected delivery time. If you paid in advance with iDeal, you will get your money back within 14 days.
Returns
Guarantee
The legal warranty applies to all items you purchase from us. This means that an item must be in good condition and function properly under normal use. If you receive an item for which this is not the case, we will offer you a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Revocation
If you are a consumer and make a purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the product. When purchasing services, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you purchased the service. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases by business users.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your withdrawal from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing, by post or e-mail). You can
use the European model withdrawal form.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
After cancellation, you still have 14 days to return the products.
Reasons for returns
Reasons to return a product:
- it is damaged;
- it is a misprint.
- it was delivered too late;
- you did not order it.
- you ordered the wrong thing;
- it does not meet your expectations (the so-called right of withdrawal).
Exceptions
You cannot return in the following cases:
- The right of withdrawal only applies to consumers, not to business customers.

Return costs are at your own expense. Returns are at your own risk. This means that 365 Amsterdam is not liable for the loss or damage of returned items.
Handling
After your cancellation, your purchase amount (including shipping costs) will be refunded to your account as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement.
We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Depending on the reason for returning a product, this may include:
- send a replacement copy;
- credit the invoice;
- refund the invoice amount (including forwarding shipping costs) or the price of the product. We will do this as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days.
You are only obliged to pay any costs for online training / seminars until the moment of termination.

Discount for large orders
If you order multiple copies of the same title, you will receive the following discounts for most books:
- 5% discount for 10 - 29 copies
- 10% discount on 30 - 99 copies
- 15% discount for 100 or more copies
